Service Description
Need personalised advice or guidance? Book a confidential one-to-one Priority Consultation with BMHS to discuss your situation and receive practical, tailored support. This service is suitable for individuals, families, professionals, charities and organisations seeking guidance on mental health, wellbeing, bereavement, workplace issues, training, community support or signposting to appropriate services. The service is for anyone over the age of 18, particularly if you identify as Black, Asian or Minority Ethnic, or if you would like to speak to someone in a language other than English.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: Full payment of £49.99 is required to confirm your appointment. Once your booking is received, BMHS will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient date and time for your 30-minute consultation. Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable. All consultations are confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or safeguarding obligations. This service provides professional guidance and signposting and is not a substitute for medical, legal or emergency mental health services.
