South Wales Police will be hosting a Police Scrutiny Panel session at the BMHS Hub in Swansea — and you’re invited to take part.
This unique event will take place on:
📅 Wednesday, 18th June 2025🕠 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM
📍 BMHS Hub, 19 High Street, Swansea, SA1 1LF
The session offers a rare opportunity for members of the public to engage directly with policing practices and contribute to more transparent and equitable systems. As a panel member, you’ll:
✅ Watch and review real Stop and Search bodycam footage
✅ Offer honest, constructive feedback to help shape better police-community relations
✅ Gain valuable experience to strengthen your CV or future career path
✅ Enjoy a space where your views and lived experiences are taken seriously
And yes — light refreshments will be provided!
This session is part of an ongoing effort to build trust and accountability between law enforcement and the communities they serve. At BMHS, we believe in the power of community voices to influence meaningful change.
