Thank you to our Special Guest Carolyn Harris MP Swansea East and Lynn Matthews for a successful Menopause Awareness Session today, October 21st, 2022, at BMHS Hub.

We thank everyone that attended the session including the “women only intimate session “earlier in the day.

BMHS aim to flip the narrative so that we start having open conversations about menopause. The more we talk, the more we learn about the symptoms and the impact they have on our lives and how to support women, families, and workplaces more effectively as women move through this natural stage of aging.
