About the Event

We are pleased to be hosting a  Menopause Awareness Day  on Friday, October 21st, 2022, at BMHS Community Hub from 12.30 to 2.30, in partnership with community organisations  and special guest Carolyn Harris MP Swansea East.

Open to people of all ages, genders, and ethnicities.

The Menopause Awareness Session aim to flip the narrative so that we start having open conversations about menopause. The more we talk, the more we learn about the symptoms and the impact they have on our lives and how to support women, families, and workplaces more effectively as women move through this natural stage of aging.
